Hairy PAWter and the Doggos of BARKSkaban
Something magical has indeed returned to the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia (HSNEGA)! October is Adopt-a-Shelter-Dog Month and the HSNEGA rescues have returned to PAWgwarts. Adoption fees for dogs 6+ months are $25 off* to celebrate this PAWtastic month.
The HSNEGA Adoption Center has transformed into PAWgwarts and the rescues have begun their third-year studies of PUPcraft and MUTTistry featured in the Doggos of BARKSkaban. Traits of the Four PAWgwarts Houses
In PAWgwarts tradition, each rescue has been sorted into one of the four PAWgwarts houses: Gryffindog, Hufflefluff, Slobberin and Ravenpaw.
⚡Gryffindogs are courageous, daring, brave and chivalrous. They are bold but modest about it. Gryffindogs will stand up for you and will always have your back. Gryffindogs are always up for some fun and make excellent adventure buddies!
🐾Hufflefluffs are hard workers, patient, just, and loyal. They might be shy or unique. Hufflefluffs might need a little more love and attention but they are devoted and will be your best friend for life. Just be ready for lots of belly rubs and kisses!
🌟Slobberins are ambitious, cunning, leaders, and are resourceful. They like to show off a little because they know what they’re good at and don’t mind being the center of attention. They’re natural-born leaders and do best when they feel in check with their surroundings.
📚Ravenpaws are smart, creative, fast learners, and witty. They love to show you their improvements and what they’ve learned at any chance given. Ravenpaws can also be quite quirky making them one-of-a-kind.
