GRANTS MANAGER

The Grants Manager is responsible for researching, preparing, submitting, and managing grant proposals/reports that support organizational goals and meet funder guidelines. This person serves as the primary grant writer, manages funder relationships, ensures grant compliance, and supports special projects.

LICENSED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN  (CVT, RVT, LVT or LVMT)

The Licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT or LVMT) oversees and provides full-service quality medical and surgical care for all shelter and public animals. In addition, the LVT serves as the team leader for the Veterinary Assistants (VA). The LVT is a leadership role which serves as an on-site mentor for the VA’s and upholds HSNEGA’s clinical and operational standards of care on a day-to-day basis.

MEDICAL CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST (SPANISH PREFERRED)

Medical Customer Care Specialists support the Healthy Pet Clinic by providing outstanding customer service, counseling, and education to the general public regarding the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia’s (HSNEGA) services and programs. Provides Healthy Pet Clinic (including wellness and spay/neuter services) administrative support, greets and directs visitors, and provides clerical duties as assigned including data processing, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
