Louie, a sweet bulldog mix, arrived with major health issues beyond his prior shelter’s capacity. He suffered from a urethral prolapse, pneumonia, and severe leg injuries. Thanks to a generous grant, he received life-saving surgery and care. Now, fully healthy, Louie has settled into his loving forever home.
